We all go through similar stuff. Here are some of the limiting thoughts that I often hear when people tell me they want to write a book but don't know where to start or get frustrated because they don't finish their masterpiece: </div><div>#1 STRUCTURE</div><div>&quot;I’m not sure how to structure my book&quot;. Most people tell me they know what to say but not sure how to say it. They often comment, will it even make sense! When you understand how to structure your book it takes out so much fear, anxiety and overwhelms. </div><div>#2 MOTIVATION</div><div>&quot;I lack the motivation to do it alone,&quot; So many people say to they want to write to write a book someday, but don't have the time right now. Yet they spend hours scrolling on social media and watching shit on Netflix! Bottom line, they are too distracted and can never find the time to write because they waste it. To be honest there is never a perfect time to write. You have to commit to writing and make it your MUST! </div><div>#3 PROCRASTINATION</div><div>&quot;I procrastinate and don’t know where to start&quot; This really tripped me in my writing career. Procrastination is the killer that stops me dead in my tracks! I'd rather watch the butterflies flitter past my balcony, drink matcha tea in coffee shops, or play football on the beach. Over time, I came to realise we can beat procrastination when we know how. </div><div>#4 PUBLISHING</div><div>&quot;I don’t know how to publish my book&quot; I get the same question time and time agin &quot;Brett how did you get a publisher?&quot; Let me be really honest with you here. It loves you! It just needs identity to survive. Yes, there are lots of tips and techniques you can learn from good Tantra teachers to help improve your sex life, ignite blissful orgasm’s, and become a better lover. </div><div>However the main reason I’m going down this path is to help me evolve in my relationships, stop repeating old patterns, and to take a good look at my self and remove the old triggers. Here's my spin on things. </div><div>When two people come together through tantra they set the intention to grow and evolve together. Of course stuff will come up! But when your in a Tantra relationship and your shit comes up you share it with the other person and face it together. You share your feelings, you feel vulnerable, and then when you move through that stuff you explore one another from such a loving gentle space. That's when the sex gets even better! </div><div>In a nutshell, I think Tantra knocks down all the barriers we have built up which block out love. When two people are on the same path they can come together to evolve to the highest level of conciseness. You can have a relationship from essence to essence. In this week’s podcast, I share the three-step process my Tantra coach taught me, which are Armour, Vulnerability and Essence.</div><div>When you can learn how to drop down from your armour (thoughts stories and triggers in your head) and face the vulnerable feelings (rejection fear insecurities) you can sink deeper into the third loving level, which is your essence (freedom peace and love.)</div><div>I’m still learning about the whole Tantra shizzle, but I must say what I learned from my coach last year and what I share in this podcast has been a game changer for me! It’s not easy owning your shit and being vulnerable in front of other people, especially in a relationship, it brings up so much fear and stuff. It’s your life-force and it’s the best buzz in the world.</div><div>We all crave connection to this peaceful loving place. But most people are facing the wrong way. Instead of looking within themselves that are chasing external illusion in hopes it will fix heal or complete them. From making money to find the right partner, we can spend our whole lives chasing a fantasy and never feeling the full power within us. </div><div>Without a shadow of a doubt, your essence is another dimension. It is the most loving peaceful and carefree space I could ever describe. And I encourage you to listen to this week's podcast and look within.</div><div>When you live from a place of essence your life totally transforms from the inside out. Your vibration (energy) will rise higher and higher. You will feel alive and your mind will be free. The rest will be easy. Life will wrap it’s self around your vibration and opens so many doors.
