A question I’m often asked is, “Brett how do you stay so positive and maintain your high energy?" Let’s face it, a lot of people get sucked in by the negative drama in life and feel pretty flat. Why?
It turns our ego loves to gossip, sharing fear, negative stories, and blaming others for it’s unhappiness and misery. In fact, it gives your ego a roll in the world and forms it's identity.

Years ago, I remember reading plenty of self-help books that suggested not watching TV, not listening to the news, keeping fit, eating healthy, and even simple things like drink more water and meditate.
So I read the books and committed to making positive lifestyle choices that I knew would benefit me in the future. I didn't really see the benefits instantly but I knew in my heart that if I plaid the long-term game I would reap the rewards later down the line!

We live in world of instant gratification. We can get loans, spend more on credit cards, and basically spend our future happiness. If you want to feel more in control of your life and create a better future for yourself and your family then need to make positive lifestyle choices. That’s how I stay positive over a consistent period of time. In fact my energy goes up and my mind seems to get clearer and clearer because I made the changes years ago and I committed to them along the way.
