Peace begins within. In this fun and gentle workshop, you'll learn how to surrender and let go of the voices in your head, sink deep into your essence and cultivate a blissful state of joy, wonder and gratitude.
During this 1-day workshop, you'll learn powerful tools for cultivating inner peace and mental and emotional strength. You will learn how to calm the monkey mind, release tension, and connect with your inner wisdom through a combination of gentle yoga postures, breathwork, and mindfulness meditation.

9:00 – 10:00 The workshop will begin with an opening meditation to set the intention for our practice. I will show you how to calm the mind and relax the body so you can sink into the softness of your soul and feel safe.
10:00 -12:00 Awaken Your Spirit - next, we'll start a gentle yoga sequence designed to release physical tension and promote relaxation. We will then move into a guided yoga Nidra and gratitude meditation to awaken the joy in every cell of your body and cultivate inner stillness.
12:00 – 13:00 Lunch is not provided. There is a café in the fitness centre, and local shops are 15 minutes drive (Please arrive back on time for the second half of the workshop).
13:00 – 14:30 Entering The Emptiness. Meditation talk and Q&A. Join me and discover how to let go of negative self-talk so you can go beyond thinking and become the witness of the monkey mind.
14:30 – 15:00 Tea Break (not provided.) There is a café in the fitness centre, and local shops are 15 minutes drive (Please arrive on time for the second half of the workshop).
15:00 17:00 Stretch And Surrender yoga flow. End the workshop with a relaxin class designed to explore specific mindfulness techniques for releasing stress and anxiety, such as body scanning and loving-kindness meditation.
