Refund Policy for In-Person Retreats

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to changes in your plans. Below is our refund policy for in-person retreats to help you understand our procedures and guidelines.

1. Non-Refundable Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the retreat. This deposit is non-transferable and cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
 

2. Cancellation by Participant 

  • 60+ Days Before Retreat Start Date: If you cancel your participation more than 60 days before the retreat start date, you will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
  • 60 Days Before Retreat Start Date: If you cancel 60 days before the retreat start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the total retreat fee minus the non-refundable deposit.
  • Less Than 60 Days Before Retreat Start Date: Cancellations made less than 60 days before the retreat start date are not eligible for a refund.
     

3. Cancellation by Organizers

In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including the non-refundable deposit. We are not responsible for any travel-related expenses you may incur.

4. Transfer of Registration 

If you cannot attend the retreat, you may transfer your registration to another person, subject to approval by the organizers. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss this option. The non-refundable deposit will still apply, and any additional fees for the transfer will be the responsibility of the original registrant.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that participants purchase travel insurance to cover potential cancellations, medical emergencies, or other unexpected events that may affect their ability to attend or during the retreat. We are not responsible for any damage, loss or medical conditions at the event.

6. Changes to the Retreat

Participants will be notified promptly if any significant changes are made to the retreat schedule, location, or content. At the organizers' discretion, they may offer alternative options or a partial refund.

7. No-Show Policy

No refunds will be issued for participants who do not show up for the retreat or who leave the retreat early for any reason.
